Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping times and rates (United States)

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and costs $8 — free on orders over $35. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days and costs $15. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking your order

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delayed, lost, or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or it arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shoppawsh.store and we'll make it right.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
